Tzion was honestly the best thing — and the best decision — I made during my renovation. When you start renovating, there are so many choices to make, and the biggest one is who you’re going to work with. I am so, so happy that I chose Tzion. From the very beginning, he was incredibly fluid and flexible with me. My floors were delayed, my tiles were delayed, and the initial timelines we discussed didn’t end up happening. Through all of that, he never left me hanging. He communicated constantly and did everything he possibly could to make sure I could move in, especially knowing that I didn’t have another place to stay. That level of care and communication meant everything. And then there’s the actual work — which was absolutely incredible. I did smooth ceilings and painting with him, and everything was done so well that my floor installers came in and, “Wow, that’s a really good job.” For the painting, Tzion checked every single corner. Some of the walls required many coats, and he made sure it was done properly. At one point, when the condo was already dark, he took a lamp and went around checking alignment and finishes to make sure everything was perfect. My home looks incredible. He also made thoughtful decisions around the quality of paint to use (not the color), especially in the bathrooms, to help prevent moisture issues in the future. There was even one wall we didn’t realize had wallpaper on it before, which caused a lot of problems — the paint kept bubbling. He went over that wall five or six times, cutting through glue and smoothing it out, until it was done properly. And he did it. The outcome is amazing. I truly cannot recommend him enough. I have nothing but glowing reviews and gratefulness. . He’s amazing.
